Traffic Violations
Yesterday, a total of 1,059 vehicle drivers were inspected during traffic checks in the country. Out of these, 109 drivers were fined for various traffic offenses, and 18 vehicles were impounded for traffic violations.
According to information provided by the Police Press Office, 69 drivers were fined for speeding above the legal limit, 18 for driving under the influence, 1 for not wearing a seatbelt, and 2 for using a mobile phone while driving. Additionally, 39 drivers were reported for other traffic violations.
Unlawful Residence Arrest
Furthermore, during the police inspections and controls conducted nationwide yesterday, one person was arrested for unlawfully residing in the country. Legal action has been initiated against the individual.
