Workshop on the Immovable Property Commission
Tomorrow, the Bar Association of Northern Cyprus will organize a workshop titled "Immovable Property Commission Workshop" at the Concorde Tower Hotel. The workshop will evaluate the Immovable Property Commission process from the perspective of the parties involved. Registration will begin at 10:00, and the opening speeches will take place at 10:30. The speakers will include the President of the Bar Association, the President of the Immovable Property Commission, the Chief Prosecutor, the Minister of Interior, and the Minister of Finance.
In the section dedicated to speakers, the Retired Ambassador from the Republic of Turkey, Daryal Batıbay, will talk about "The Immovable Property Commission and the Process of the European Court of Human Rights", while Lawyer Emine Çolak will present on "The Place of the Immovable Property Commission in the Domestic Law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus".
The workshop will continue after a lunch break at 13:30 and will conclude with a reception at 16:15. The afternoon session following the speeches will be closed to the press and will only be attended by those involved in the workshop.
